Event Submission Form
Complete this form to have your event added to the Graduate School Events Calendar. For monthly meetings, you need only fill out one of these forms. For graduate student group events and peer mentoring functions that involve special considerations (such as 100+ attendance, catering contracts, alcohol service, or tickets), submit this form after all approvals have been received. For all other events, submit this form no later than one week prior to the event. Please allow more lead time depending on complexity of event logistics.
